Practicing Yoga is about the process, not perfection. It’s a practice of self-observation without judgment and it strives to integrate and balance all the layers of our life so that our body, mind and soul flow in harmony.
There are infinite ways to practice yoga and mindful movement - yoga will always meet you right where you are. And as you change, grow, and deepen your practice, the practice will change with you.
Yoga can be practiced by everyBody of all ages and fitness levels and tailored specifically to the individual - attending to your specific body, breath, and mental and emotional state to leave you feeling balanced, connected and ready to gracefully ride the waves of life. As your awareness expands through the practice of yoga, you become more capable of perceiving the richness and beauty that life offers.

Vinyasa / Flow / Hatha Yoga
Move through postures with a deep and conscious breath and awareness to strengthen, stretch, and relax the body as well as focus and calm the mind. Release unnecessary stiffness and tension for a deeply revitalizing experience. I teach all levels and age groups. All you need is a yoga mat.
Chair Yoga
Experience proper alignment, breath and posture awareness, all from a chair! These highly effective and beneficial sequences will mindfully stretch, strengthen and open your whole body, while sharpening and calming your mind. This class is typically practiced seated, but can also include standing and/or reclined exercises, depending on your specific needs and situation. No Yoga or movement experience needed and no mats, just you and your chair!
Yoga For Life
This class blends techniques from Yoga, Functional Movement, Strength & Balance Training and Franklin Method. It’s a practice of mindful stretching, mobilizing, strengthening and self massage exercises, with or without resistance bands and/or light weights, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques. This class is for everyBody interested in an intelligent, well-rounded, mindful movement and exercise class and includes seated, standing, and reclined exercises and techniques. (I will give options if you prefer to stay seated throughout the whole class.)
