Meditation sessions are typically between 15 - 45 minutes.

Who and when?
Meditation can be practiced by everyone of any age and fitness level and at any time of the day - it allows an opportunity to refocus and tackle your day with increased concentration, clarity, mindfulness and compassion.
What do I need?
You don’t need any special equipment. Meditation can be practiced seated on a chair, sofa or the floor, or lying down - whatever is most comfortable for you. No mats, chance of clothing, or cleared space required.
Meditation techniques
I teach different types of Mindfulness Meditations (e.g. with focus on the breath, sounds, body awareness/body scan, etc.) and Yoga Nidra (promotes deep rest and relaxation, helps to calm the nervous system, relieve stress and achieve better health). These practices often pair very well with Pranayama (yogic breathing techniques).
